These guys are great! They got the call, came out within 3 hours made a plan and finished all in a very good time frame. Very conscious of situation and respectful of property. Would definitely recommend 👌👍

Robert and Scott came to my home to do an inspection today. I cannot tell you enough how thoughtful and caring they were. Thank goodness there was nothing to be found in the bed bug department. They gave me great advice on what to do to keep bed bugs out of my home (I work in a classroom) and they listened to and answered my million questions. Such a wonderful company and such wonderful techs. Thank you for putting my mind at ease.

I honestly cannot thank Robert enough. From the very first consultation and managing my my and my family's panic [In finding out that we had bed bugs in both my and my daughter's home.] to the very last inspections telling us that we are free and clear of this horrible bug...and every single time in between. He was not only professional and kind and honest, but he was understanding. I was mortified and terrified to call anyone and have to deal with the stigma and he never once made me feel ashamed or dirty or anything that comes with the thought of bed bugs. To anyone that is looking for help with a bed bug problem I could not recommend them more. (I posted this exact review on Yelp as well, but they deserved two raving reviews... honestly!)

I was waking up with bites but not itching. My husband had no bites on him... One night I woke up at 4am and felt a bug crawling on me. I went out to the kitchen and actually picked 5 bugs off my pajama. I was freaked out to say the least. We called Arizona Heat early that morning and they came over and inspected that afternoon. Of course they found bugs and we set up for treatment 4 days later. This was the only issue I had was that they were totally booked up and we had to wait. In the meantime their technician Robert was fantastic about giving us all the info to not spread the bugs to other rooms or places. On the day of treatment 3 technicians came, Robert, John and Scott were all timely, professional and seemed to genuinely care and understand our anxiety. We moved back into our room after 10 days and multiple cleanings. Two nights bug free so far. I have called Robert a couple of time with question and they did come back and inspect at my request. I would highly recommend them.

We discovered bed bugs 3 weeks after we stayed at an Airbnb. They heat treated our room and chemically treated the rest of house. We didn’t want to take any chances. They were on time, through and professional. It’s been 4 weeks now and we haven’t had any issues. Their work is covered by a 6-12 mo warranty. This was also reassuring. I learned so much about bed bugs! More than I ever wanted to know, but now we know how to avoid this from ever happening again.

I have a bug phobia real bad I was getting bites I thought oh no bed bugs I called at 7am and they had a tech come out a couple hours later and was honest i didn't have BB thank goodness but this company was awesome and so was the tech he checked everything for me !! Trust me I asked to look at everything he was so kind and honest didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need I would recommend this company 5 stars in my book!!

Arizona Heat Pest Services was the clear choice after the s**t show endured by both Truly Nolen and Terminix alike. The other companies were more interested in selling their recurring services then dealing with the problem at hand. Robert and his crew were very matter of fact, professional, punctual, and took care of the problem in one day. They are very confident in their work and its quite reassuring their only business is bed bugs. They garuntee their work and are very comforting when dealing with this awful problem. The "other guys" offered a turnaround of 6-7 months to correct my bed bug problem. Thank you Arizona Heat Pest Services for your magic!!! They were very quick and efficient. The two guys that came out were very polite and did a great job! They were able to come out and do an inspection the day I called. They came out the next day and used the heat treatment with pesticides and finished ahead of schedule. We haven’t see any living bed bugs since then!

The Inspection done by Robert La France was through, professional and included important advice and information for the bug problem I was experiencing. I had a previous in house inspection and had tried do-it-yourself treatments but after talking to Robert I came to realize that heat treatment was the only way to go and for the price and guarantee Arizona Heat Pest Services is THE Best choice for the job.

Thank you, Arizona Heat Pest Services! After struggling to deal with those nasty critters ourselves and having them come back multiple times I decided to look around and see what the professionals could do for me. I talked to three different companies that seemed to be either unprofessional and/or incredibly over priced for a product that had little or no warranty. When I stumbled upon Arizona Heat Pest Services I was immediately struck by both the professionalism of the person I spoke to on the phone and the technician, Robert La Frank, that came by to do the bed bug inspection. They also offer much longer warranties than the other companies giving me confidence in their product. About a month and a half since the treatment and still no signs of bugs. I couldn't be more relieved.

Highly recommend this business. Great reviews lead us to them. The cost was a little more than we had expected, but sooooo worth it now. I am actually sleeping through the night again after fighting pest for four months. I am a do it yourself person, but at a point, you just need a professional and these guys rocked it. These guys are great!! I got bedbugs from rent to own furniture. I was getting bites everywhere! They came to my trailer and fixed it!! The next day I went home home and la yes on my couch,my bed and haven't been bite since!! Then they also went to where I am a live in caregiver Mon thru Friday and made sure i didn't take bugs there. Very good company If u have bedbugs problems these are ur guys!!

Highest Recommendation for these people. They said they'd get rid of them, and it's been 7 weeks with no signs of any survivors. These people ROCK. We tried every way to do it ourselves with sprays, bombs, powders, spending a small fortune over a two year period. Then we found these folks. Bugs were gone overnight...and no return. So worth the expense to have these people do it for you. Comes with a great warranty, and followup.
